Crafting the marketing campaign for not only the physical conference, but also the 24 hour virtual online experience was no easy task. Yet I was able to use my coordination and branding expertise to roadmap and develop key marketing assets and messaging for this high-profile business continuity event in London.

My responsibilities included:

Producing and overseeing literature and key note presentations, for uniformity and distinctive impact

Overseeing the exhibition booth branding, both physical and virtual

Creating a compelling social media campaign, with successful engagement

Implementing Google Ads, targeted to the London audience

Coordination of branded merchandise, for positive attendee experience

Hands-on support DSLR photography, for impactful promotional needs

 

The final product successfully translated into desired results of brand awareness and lead generation.
